One of the best parts about being a fan of a megastar is watching their fashion evolution in real time. What celebrities wear in the early days of their careers often sets the tone for the kind of icon they’ll become. Take Taylor Swift, for example. She stepped onto the scene in pleated skirts and sparkly dresses, cementing herself as the musical sweetheart fans fell in love with. While she’s experimented with edgier looks—metallic jumpsuits, platinum hair—she’s still best known for her delicate, dainty wardrobe. And now, one of her most memorable red carpet dresses is going up for sale for one day only.
Vogue is hosting an inaugural shopping event called Vogue Vintage Market in New York City on Saturday, March 29. It’ll be hosted from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Roll & Hill. Among the many archival pieces from some of Hollywood’s biggest names is the sequined Alice + Olivia Tallulah Princess Dress Swift wore at the 2011 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Swift donned the number, which featured a sweetheart neckline and a gold-sequined bodice that fell into a billowing sheer skirt, when she took the stage to perform Alan Jackson’s “Where Were You.” Swift paired the dress with a champagne-colored cardigan. She paired the ensemble with a curly low bun and soft glam.

The market is open to the public with an RSVP and donation in the Vogue app. All proceeds from the sales will support those impacted by the recent Los Angeles fires. Gigi Hadid will be on site emceeing the soirée, which also includes Kendall Jenner’s 2004 Dior fanny pack and skirt, a pair of Tommy Hilfiger boots that were modeled by Naomi Campbell, and a pair of platform Mary Janes by Marc Jacobs from 2010.
