Concealers are one of the toughest products to find that check all the boxes, especially without breaking the bank. In a bit of a role-reversal from an influencer standpoint, I polled my communities on Instagram and YouTube to discover what they thought was the best drugstore under eye concealer in 2025. Four concealers stood out as the most popular, and I put them to the test to rank them based on coverage, texture, finish and wear time.

#4: L’Oreal True Match Serum Concealer

I’m a huge fan of the L’Oreal True Match Foundation, so surely I’d love this concealer! This is a makeup/skincare hybrid with 1.5% hyaluronic acid and caffeine in the formula for hydration and de-puffing. I love the pointed, iron-shaped applicator that fit perfectly into the corners of my under eye.
The first shock came with the shade. L’Oreal advises buying the same shade in the concealer as the corresponding foundation that matches you. The foundation in N3 is one of the best shade matches I’ve ever found, but for some reason the concealer in the same shade was super light. It’s definitely not a 1:1 match and I thought it looked a little too cool for me.
With that said, the thin formula offers a ton of coverage and blends to an incredibly smooth, natural finish. I think the final look is similar to the smoothness setting powder provides, without the extra step.

While I liked the overall finish, and it lasted well over 9 hours, the dealbreaker came in the glitter. Yes, glitter. There is a weird pink/gold glitter in this formula that I think looks really goofy. It looks accidental– like it’s not part of the concealer but just sitting on top of it. I’m not opposed to shimmer in under eye concealers, but this just wasn’t doing anything for the actual finish. It didn’t add glow, it just added sparkle.
Honestly, without the glitter (and in a better shade) this would have ranked much higher for me. Plus, it’s available in 24 shades with a good range from fair to deep.
#3: Covergirl Simply Ageless Triple Action Concealer

The Covergirl Simply Ageless Triple Action concealer features Hyaluronic Complex, Vitamin C & Niacinamide for another hybrid that offers TLC to the under eyes. What makes this concealer different than the increasing skin-friendly concealers on shelves, though, is the ceramic wand.

As you can see, the applicator isn’t soft. It’s smooth ceramic, which is supposed to offer cooling, de-puffing benefits while gliding easily under the eyes. Frankly, this was very gimmicky to me. First of all, if you’re just dotting on concealer, maybe even swiping it, you’re not really holding it under the eyes long enough for the cooling sensation– which it does have!– to de-puff significantly. Additionally, it doesn’t pull out a ton of concealer with it, and so the dry parts do end up tugging on the skin.

Despite my gripe with the applicator, the actual formula is great. As you can see, it gave me good amount of coverage on a particularly dark dark-circle day. It stayed looking smooth and didn’t fade after 9 hours, either. Plus, with the formula being non-comedogenic, it’s still a great choice for sensitive skin if you can get past the ceramic wand business, and if you can find a shade match. This is only available in 12 shades, and the range definitely leans lighter.
#2: NYX Pro Fix Stick Correcting Concealer

Buy at Ulta Beauty, Amazon
If you’re looking for a solid, convenient, natural-looking and long lasting concealer, the NYX Pro Fix Stick Concealer is a safe bet. The creamy texture is a bit thicker than the other concealers in this post, but it blends out super easily to a natural finish with medium coverage that… just looks like skin. It’s available in 6 color correcting shades and 18 complexion shades, so you can choose how it fits into your routine.

While this one isn’t a “skin care hybrid” like the others featured here, it does still contain hyaluronic acid so that it doesn’t feel dry on the skin. It’s super comfortable, with minimal fading throughout the day.
#1: NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum

Buy at Ulta Beauty, Amazon
Day after day of testing these concealers, the NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum consistently impressed me. Again, this is meant to offer skin care benefits with ingredients like tremella mushroom, cica extract and green tea which help hydrate and provide a natural glow with medium coverage that helps conceal dark circles, blemishes and dry skin patches.

The Bare With Me Concealer gives a radiant finish that helps brighten the under eyes and smooth out hollow pockets. It’s just the right amount of glow without crossing into dewy territory. It blends in seamlessly, enough so that you could apply just this without any other makeup on, and it wouldn’t be obvious.
While I did experience creasing with all concealers due to my personal eye shape (the deep crease underneath my eyes), the NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum creased significantly less. It looked fresh all day and maintained its coverage for over 9 hours.
You also get so much product in this tube. With that said, the pump can take some getting used to. It’s not as precise as dotting on product with a wand, and can lend itself to wasting concealer if you take out too much. The slightest pressure on the pump can give me more than enough for both eyes. To me, it’s a learning curve I’m willing to tackle because I appreciate a little going a long way.
Overall, I can see myself using the NYX Bare With Me Concealer for most uses. I think it works really well with my drier under eyes and lines. However, the NYX Pro Fix Stick is very convenient to use, gives great coverage and smoothing. It would probably make the cut over the serum concealer for my travel makeup bag.
